April 2017 Monthly Meeting

  • Event Type:Monthly Meeting
  • Held On on:April 19, 2017
  • Topic:Hand Cut Dovetails

The Details:

Great turnout, thanks to all that attended.

Our meeting was held at Southwest School Of Woodworking, thanks to our gracious host!

Along with our Show & Tell, we got a chance for a insider's tour of the school. Raúl continues to extend the reach of the school and has made great progress.

Looks like our Members have been busy in the workshops all around the Phoenix area, we had a lot going on.

Our featured topic of the month was how to hand cut dovetails, when to use them, and how they differ from machine cut ones.

Raúl H. Ramirez, the Southwest School of Woodworking Director, discusses & demonstrated hand cut dovetails. Great Job, and Thanks to Raúl!
